Who we are

Ofertix (OFERTIX USA) is a verified deals gallery published by Vicente García. Contact: vicentevgarcia93@gmail.com. We do not sell products and we do not process payments.

iOS app — what we collect

Ofertix does not collect personal information from the iOS app and does not send your profile, favorites, or account data to our servers. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier (IDFA), no crash reporter, and no remote push notification service in the app.

The app may store the following only on your device:

Language preference, favorite deal IDs, reminder choices, and whether local alerts are enabled (UserDefaults).
A local cache of the public deals feed and product images (Application Support), plus optional open-counts used only on device for trending ranking.
Optional local profile if you use Sign in with Apple or enter a name/email in the app: name, email, and a device token stay in UserDefaults / Keychain on that device and are not uploaded to Ofertix.
Local notifications you allow (UserNotifications). No push token is registered with Ofertix.

To show deals, the app downloads the public feed from https://ofertixusa.com/offers.js (or offers.json) over HTTPS. That request does not include a user id.

Tapping View deal / Ver oferta opens Amazon in Safari or the Amazon Shopping app. Amazon’s privacy policy then applies. Affiliate links use the tag published in the feed (currently garciavicente-20). As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Commission rates are not published in the app or on this page.

Website — what we collect

The website is a static deals gallery. Ofertix itself does not require an account. Favorites and language choice stay in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to us.

VIP newsletter (website only): if you subscribe on the homepage, your email is collected and managed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). Ofertix does not keep the subscriber list. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.

Analytics (website only): Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views and outbound clicks without cookies or personal profiles. Google Analytics 4 runs only if you accept cookies; see our Cookie Policy. Declining cookies keeps Google Analytics off.

Children

Ofertix is a general shopping gallery and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here.

Prices shown in Ofertix are verified snapshots. Always check the final price on Amazon before paying. Apple Inc. does not sponsor Ofertix.

Ofertix no exige cuenta.

Apple Inc. no patrocina Ofertix.
